Once you owned our EASPACTM End-User Accounting Solutions, you are automatically entitled to 6 months warranty support, which gives you On-site training from date of purchase. After your initial warranty upport expired, you can choose any of our support options that you think best suit your needs.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC)
Annual Maintenance Contract entitled you to receive technical support through UNLIMITED phone, on-site and remote access supports.
Our phone support provides fast and economically ways of resolving any technical questions.
Our on-site support is for our customers that prefer a ‘hands-on’ approach with our consultants. (Working from 9 am to 6 pm Mon-Fri).
REMOTE ACCESS SUPPORT:
Our remote access support offerings are designed for customers that need online assistance. By remotely accessing your systems, we are able to help with most tasks from
system setup, modifications, customize forms and reports, install/update software .
